These Terms govern your use of SolarPlan Pro (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children. We may require confirmation of age at sign-up and may suspend accounts that breach this clause.
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
The Service produces estimates (layout, string sizing, yield, financials, compliance checks). You are responsible for verifying all outputs against the relevant standards, manufacturer datasheets, and local codes before relying on them. The Service is not a substitute for a licensed engineer, electrician, or financial adviser.
Paid plans are subscriptions and renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated. Trials convert to the paid plan only if you subscribe; we will show the price and renewal terms next to the checkout button.
You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to host and process it to run the Service. You must not upload material you do not own or licence. We respond to copyright takedown notices. See the Copyright / DMCA notice for our designated agent and the procedure.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
